CLEAN YOUR AIR FILTER
Gently vacuuming and rinsing off the dust that accumulates in air filters will allow your system to move air more effectively and continue pulling particulates from the air.
CLEAR VEGETATION AROUND OUTDOOR UNITS
Grab a pair of pruning sheers and a broom to ensure your unit has 12” on each side. This is especially important when we experience an uptick in pollen, dogwood cotton, or trees dropping pine needles in places that may collect around your unit.
RINSE WITH LIGHT WATER
A gentle rinse goes a long way in dislodging build up in the fins of your appliance. No need to get overzealous with harsh cleaners, simply spraying the the unit down should keep you on track between professional maintenance visits!
